Our Community is listed first as it should always be our priority to move forward together in a safe and united community. Building a department that values deputies that are involved in the community they serve is important.
Compassion is a point of view and a goal to strive for not just as a person, but should be magnified by Law Enforcement professionals.
There is nothing that can breed success more so than effective, open, and honest Communication where listening is as important as talking. Spending time with the community at events, civic groups, youth sports with the goal to be in places where communication can flow freely.
